  Not so good. Paid a fortune for a Simplicity mower. It was good 1 season but then a total lemon. We spent a fortune on fixing it, sometimes twice a season. Former owners never offered any relief. 1 of their guys eventually said that was a troublesome model. Nick worked on it once or twice, then wanted to sell me a new mower. He eventually said his guys had done poor work on it. Better to buy a mower from Walmart & replace it when it gives out.

  Needed a zero turn lawnmower for our new home and called to ask a few questions. Nick had the exact one I was looking for in stock and was able to deliver it the next morning. It arrived clean and full of gas. Nick gave me a tutorial and made sure I was comfortable with it before he left. Could have asked for a better transaction!

  After searching far and wide I was relieved when I was told, “Yes, I’ve got one left and I’m happy to hold it until you get here!” Due to my schedule it was a few days until I could get there. Portable Outdoor was accommodating in every aspect of my experience. Nick went above and beyond to help me locate equipment that fit my needs! The staff was friendly and professional and did an excellent job educating me on my tractor! Portable Outdoor Equipment customer service was spot on. So glad I’ve found a genuinely professional business that I can support locally! I’ll be pointing friends, family, and clients to Portable Outdoor for all their equipment needs!
