  I scheduled residential snow removal service from this company. They not only missed the scheduled date, they couldn't even provide an ETA because they said the contractor wasn't returning their calls. I waited 36 hours for service and ended up cancelling because I found a local contractor that was able to get to my property within one hour. This company is basically just a middleman with no means of helping you if there are issues with the contractor they've "assigned" to your project.

  Set up an appointment yesterday evening to get snow removed no response very unprofessional do not use this service they are a joke. The so-called online agent since you can’t speak to a live person are careless and rude.
