  I hired Platinum to landscape around our pool. He quoted me 6 items - Retaining wall, Privacy fence, steps, Rock beds, lawn grading/Seeding and sprinklers. We had issues with everything! Retaining Wall - He quoted a lump sum price for the wall then when it was done asked for an extra $1,100 because he miscalculated the blocks needed. Fence - He quoted a 54' long 6' tall fence, had me approve a brand and model but installed a different brand and only 48' long. They did add one section after we confronted them to get to 54'. Steps - He quoted us 5-6 concrete steps lump sum and only installed 4. Rock - He quoted a lump sum price to place rock around pool but we had to ask 3 times to get it done and the work was terrible, not level at all. See Pictures. Lawn - He quoted a lump sum to fix holes, fill, grade and seed out lawn but just back drug with the skid steer and spread some seed. Very little topsoil was added, rocks and sticks were not raked out, yard was not level at all. See Pictures. Sprinklers - after the yard was seeded he told me he didn't do sprinklers but had a guy, no one ever showed up. The owner and the crew also had a very bad attitude about each other. when the owner was around he complained about his crew and when he wasn't the crew complained about him. We also caught him and his crew bad mouthing and insulting us and other customers on our security cameras. They also put a dent in my garage door. I would highly advise against hiring them.

  If you’re looking for best in class customer service, design and installation, Platinum is the company for you. Brad and his team managed our entire project with professionalism, creativity and tenacious attention to detail. Everything from the pool installation, custom pavilion with stone fireplace, multiple fire features, custom jumping wall between the hot tub and pool, and the addition of an area for a large play set and trampoline area were completed in a manner that blew our minds. They’ve transformed our yard from a flat and bare couple of acres into a backyard oasis we never even dreamed was possible. We can’t recommend them enough and are already planning the next phases of the project with them.
