  Terrible!!!Kept my tractor for six months without fixing and refused to bring it back after picking it up.never fixed it

  Well, they are very inconsistent. And, they say they are busy, yet, we had paid for our blades to be sharpened. The guy who sharpened them stated he did but we looked at them and tried cutting grass and they barely cut through the grass. Hard for me to believe that. Originally, we told him we wanted new blades. I called them, as they were supposed to pick up our zero turn on Monday, they haven’t called or anything. I called them this morning (Friday) and they again stated that they were busy and trying to get to everyone, YET, we already paid AND HE DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE THE BLADES!!! Will never be a returning customer here. Other routine maintenance is running and going as it should. So they got that part right.

  Pittsford Small Engines and Eddie is great! We've been taking our machines to him for years. He moves things through the shop quickly so you're not without needed equipment for very long and has always treated us fairly.
