My step dad had been having trouble with his kobota and these people this place and their staff were amazing. They picked it up and delivered it home and we're the most amazing folks I've dealt with in this area. Thank you Jason Davis  And Justin. ( I hope that was his name.) The delivery guy even took time out of his day to show me how to drive this tractor. Thanks guys your the bezt

Bought my tractor from Scott Graham. 1st new tractor and he went out of his way to make sure i understood how to work everything correctly. He has helped me everytime i came back to the store, didnt mater if it was parts, service or chainsaws. I've owned multiple business now for 30+ years and employees like him are extremely rare! If yall are in the need for a tractor i wouldnt waste my time with anybody else.

I purchased a Land Pride brush cutter from Pittsburg Tractor a year and a half ago.  A few weeks ago the shaft broke and I sent it in for repair.  I was expecting to pay a hefty sum to get it fixed but Jason in the service department determined that the damages were something that should be covered under the warranty and submitted the job to Land Pride.  The warranty was approved and I got the cutter repaired at no cost to me.  This is the kind of professionalism and service that is expected but rarely seen these days.  In my many trips to their business for service and products, they have never failed to impress.  If you're looking to buy good equipment or need service this is the place.  Please give my thanks to Jason and Jeff for taking care of me.

Just bought  a kubota Bx series  tractor awesome  little tractor.The service and sales staff treat you like family. GREAT PRICES.

It is my understanding Alba Tractor in Alba, Texas belongs to Pittsburg Tractor.  I have never dealt with Pittsburg Tractor, but I have with Alba Tractor.  However, I NEVER will again!!!  Took my Kubota Mower in to Alba Tractor for Service, Deck ADJUSTMENT and Brake Adjustment.  I was charged for Items I DID NOT authorize and was told if I wanted my Mower back I would pay the entire bill.  It was claimed I was called to authorize these repairs which was a lie.  I pulled all phone records (incoming and outgoing) and I nor Alba Tractor was contacted to authorize these repairs.  Also, I received a $140.00 battery without my authorization.  My battery was a FULL 3 year replacement warranty and was just over one year old.  I am not sure Pittsburg Tractor is aware of this type of BS going on, but they should be.  My Maybe $200.00 service cost me almost
$ 1,000.00 and a valuable lesson.  Just because they do business in a small town, they don't always have the small town values.  STAY AWAY FROM ALBA TRACTOR in Alba, Texas.

I purchased a Kubota MX5200 with loader and brush cutter a year ago.  I waited 1 year to review because I think that's about right to see what the end results are.  Eric Winchester was a very helpful salesman and worked hard answering all my questions.  I've had the tractor in for frst service and they picked up and returned for me.  I couldn't be happier with this purchase and the staff.  Thanks!

Went to buy a tractor. I eventually got help, even given a business card. I called back left a message, and emailed Sales on what I wanted. I then messaged the sales guy on Facebook because he had an ad on there. Still no answer. I bought a $20,000 tractor elsewhere.

O.k. place to buy, but if you want something serviced you might want to go elsewhere.  Mechanics couldn't troubleshoot a problem if their lives depended on it. You may be going back and forth 3 or 4 times before it's fixed. Frustrating to say the least.
