  Called at 4 on a weekday and got a recording about no mailbox established. Needed a mower repaired...I went elsewhere. For their benefit: I believe that , over time, this is how some places go out of business.

  One of the laughable fallacies of keeping track of people by phone. I was not at Pitchfork but the mass storage area my employer has on the back side of the same building.
