Our family was having a manor ant issue and our previous company could not get it under control. Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Wes Rapplean for our appraisal. He was very diligent and professional where we felt super comfortable with his knowledge and service. They came in the next day for a initial spray and have followed up with me regularly and our ant issue is officially fixed. We highly recommend using Pioneer Pest and Wes.

We have the best looking grass in the neighborhood !!! We also use indoor pest control, in two years we’ve never had any type of bug in our house!  We use indoor & yard service. Very satisfied.

The service guy, Rick, was amazing! Came out, did a thorough check of all hot spot areas! Pricing was fair, so I decided to use Pioneer! I signed my contract that day and the office called the next day to take payment and schedule my treatments! Start to finish it was only 2 days!

The tech, Jimmy, that came to do the treatments was very knowledgable in all things bugs! He explained everything, every little detail! We’ve noticed a huge difference in just 3 Days!

I was referred to west. I reached out to him for a home inspection. He came the same day and did a through inspection. Great value ! Excellent customer service.

I hate to be in the side of the 1 stars but I did not have a good experience with this company. Contracting process was fast and smooth. The problems came after the first visit. I think we contracted this company for passing by our home once in the month to do lawn maintenance (weeding and fertilizing, not mowing). They showed up in March 17th, and until this date they haven't showed up again. I called multiple times their office and asked if they could come since I had new grass installed and I needed the service. Last time they said they will contact the manager and called me back, haven't got such phone call yet. I was lucky enough to be cancelled a week after I requested my cancellation. I'm a pro business and I love to support good service and companies, this is just not of them in my opinion. My humble opinion.

What a great experience with Pioneer Pest Services. The first person I talked with was Wesley and he had me set up with a technician. They were on time, professional, and courteous. It's important how a company will interact when someone comes out to my home and they are highly recommended!

My service agent, Greg, was extremely helpful.  He was punctual and professional while assisting me with my issue.  I highly recommend Pioneer Pesr!
