  Pinnacle Properties was highly recommended on VT Craigslist inquiry and I can only echo the great reviews. The Pinnacle team was super responsive from the beginning with scheduling through the end of the project. Our project involved repairing ceiling cracks and painting ceilings in our home. The end result looks fantastic!

  Pinnacle has been servicing our association, Inverness in South Burlington for several years. It has been my personal experience they have always been reliable. During this recent snowfall our personal sidewalks and city sidewalks were efficiently cleared of snow. Snow covering driveways and entrances to the road was also removed. Pinnacle ensured access to mailboxes was not blocked by piles of snow. In all weather Pinnacle staff have been courteous, polite and focused on professionally responding to the needs and requirements of the association. Thank you.   We have about two acres that we generally keep in good shape on our own. But we needed some help before an event we hosted at our house because a lot of our gardens and plants along the house had gotten out of control. The place has never looked better and Pinnacle had a crew in and out in 3-4 hours. Very happy with the whole experience and will be enlisting their help again. Highly recommend
