  Bob Brown took $720 up front for a full season of tick and mosquito spraying and NEVER delivered us any service. After multiple attempts to get him to spray, he never showed once, despite Bob making many convincing promises to do so. We had to hire someone else (spend more $) to address the huge tick problem we were having. We finally demanded our money back from Bob, and after he claimed to be "having problems" we agreed to allow him to pay us back $50/week... And he has not yet sent one payment back to us, after multiple requests and reminders. We are now forced to take him to court. Clearly this man is not trustworthy with your money as he has stolen ours. Please do not reward him with your business.

  My husband and I have been using Bob's services for the past 3 years when we had an infestation of caterpillars in our trees who were leaving undesirable cast offs on our cars below. We have not had any issues like the other reviews and I almost feel like they are not talking about the same person. We now have Bob spray our shrubs, lawn and trees for any pesky vermin and it works! This year he came early to spray the trees and we had not one caterpillar mess, also this year I noticed we didn't have any pesky carpenter ants, previous springs we would find them every where in the house but this year when he sprayed early we had none! We are now on a regular list and he comes when he knows he should and we pay him as he comes... nothing "up front" and the application price was very reasonable. My trees and shrubs are free of damaging caterpillars and this year they look so much healthier!!

  Very quick to take payment up front for the whole season of lawn care. By the 4th of July he had still not shown up. He kept saying, "I'll come next week." I had to hire another lawn care service, Fairway Lawn down the Cape. Still waiting for full refund
