  Pike S&T company/staff deserve a 10 star rating. Especially, their man Cody. He's a professional w/excellent communication skills. I drove from out of state. Ideally, for resolving some problems for my parents; complicated by recent health issues. One of the problems ... was removing several dead/decaying tree's lingering about the property. I was told it would take 3-4 days for the saw repair. This is where they really went up and beyond to accommodate. Cody called the next day (Saturday) to let me know that my chainsaw was ready to go. They were closing at noon. I was hustling to get there asap. But, I got lost and was late. He still waited for me to get there. He didn't have to do that. He did an awesome repair job for a great price. This is the way to run a business! 💯

  When I arrived to drop off a weed eater for my nephew the lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. However it has been over 3 weeks and still no word about it being ready plus the person on the I spoke with said I turned it in on October 28 which is wrong I took it around the 18th

  This is where my husband goes for parts for chain saw, ground trimmer and other parts...they also sell alot more
