We use Pied Piper for preventative care. They come quarterly and spray. We don’t see any pests/bugs at all. Wonderful people. I’d highly recommend them.

Brad and Sebastian came out after 5:00pm on a Friday to take care of us.  They always work around our schedule. Brad and Sebastian listen to our concerns and tailor our pest control treatment plan to meet our needs. Tech was apparently untrained. He spent 90% of his time standing in the living room talking. He did not spray the entire parameter of the house, or on the porch or deck. Had I realized that the tech was not trained, I would have accompanied him so he could've be thorough.

After initiating estimate request I was contacted promptly To set up the initial appointment.  They worked with me to pick a date and time that was set up to my convenience.  I was completely satisfied with the visit. Eric was polite, friendly and professional.  He was able to answer all my questions and address my spur-of-the-moment concerns without hesitation. This was a great experience. Brad, our technician was very thorough. They were on time and super diligent.
