  Byron arrived as scheduled, quoted fair pricing. Did an excellent job cutting my lawn (2.5 acres). Lawn looks awesome! Has that lovely pattern I like to see after cutting. I will definitely use Picture Perfect services in the future. Thanks again Byron!

  They showed up on time we’ll actually early. Grass was cut ok. But they broke 3 of my lights. And when I asked the guy about the lights he told me they were like tht already. And I was just about to lock them in for future jobs.

  It was the first cut, first time I’ve ever been on that property and ALL of your lights have some form of damage. I noticed that when I first arrived and went to pull them up like I normally would before I cut so I don’t have to worry about going around them. But because they were already damaged I decided against pulling them out the ground. They’re all different heights from being damaged and put back in the ground. Some of them are missing chunks out of the post. I was careful when I drove my mower around those lights and careful when I had to weed eat around them I’ve been doing this for years. The ONE we did actually talk about I offered to replace and then you started talking about one who’s top was knocked off, something I didn’t do. I told you that as well and I put the top back on when I was weed eating around it, just to be the nice, pay attention to details business owner that I am. And now here you are trying to say I broke 3 of them and leaving a negative review on my business. That’s sad. And I was just about to lock you in as one of my loyal customers.
