Absolutely floored with results. After my most recent mowing, about 3 weeks after seeding/water, my yard looks FANTASTIC. I can't believe how well it turned out just after my first year. I would recommend them to anyone, and wish the whole neighborhood would take them up. Had a tree removed in front yard and can barely tell it was there now. Back yard, was completely barren of grass, as the tree that was before it, killed it off...which is now gone, and it too, shall now flourish! PPLM has been an amazing service, customer service is phenomenal and the time they took to make sure I knew what I was doing, was great. They take pride in their work and it shows. They ensured success as they see it as part of their project too. Will continue to use the service from here on out.

3 season no results better then what we had. only early spring had ok grass always was a reason for bad looking results. hot, to much rain, not enough watering, dogs.

We've used Picture Perfect for three years running and they are always responsive, courteous, and really know how to maximize our yard's potential. When we first moved into our current home, our yard/soil was in rough shape because of the poor soil quality (mostly clay) under our new construction. It's been a process, but finally we have a thick green yard that is resistant to weed invasion. I highly recommend their team.
