We had a 100 feet tree fall in our yard on Sunday. It just missed our home but demolished s shed. My insurance company called this organization and they were out Monday am. The team was professional and equipped with the right equipment to get the job done fast. Not a trace left. I had them come back to look at other trees that looked like a potential problem. There was another leaning and ready to fall. I was worried about an upcoming storm and they were able to respond quickly-same day The team again was professional, timely and had the right equipment. I cannot thank Andrew and the crew enough. Would highly recommend.

I couldnt off been happier with choosing Petrarca. When Andrew came over for the estimate, my wife told me he wasn't pushy like some of the other companies that were trying to earn our business. She felt comfortable with him and that was important to me. Andrew seemed confident and he and his his crew were AMAZING! I had a huge maple tree in the smallest of small backyards that was over high power lines and 4 properties. They were able to fit their crane truck in my driveway and were able to take it down. They even took some of the extra brush and tree limbs that I had cut down from other trees prior to this service and I am so thankful for that. If I could give these guys 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Their service was amazing and I'm going to recommend them to everyone who needs a tree removed. Thank you once again Andrew for the amazing service!

I called these people Jan 18, 2022, right after the big snowstorm. I have an extremely small driveway, about 16' long and 6-7'wide. They quoted me a price of $125.00 which I accepted, because of the situation. I asked will they get all the ice and snow removed from the driveway and in front of the driveway, the lady on the phone assured me that they have shovels and salt in addition to the plow. I meet the guy before I leave for work and ask him if he could remove the snow from in front of my car in the street, he said he would do so. When I get back, not only was the snow NOT removed from the front of my car in the street, the ice and snow was not removed in front of the driveway, the driveway while mostly cleaned, had serious ice patches where the tires usually go, I could not get up my driveway, I had to borrow salt and a steel spade from a neighbor to remove the salt. Since I was able to get it fixed, I thought ok, bad circumstances. I had given the lady my debit card info on Jan 18, three days ago I get an invoice from the for the amount of $133 and change, why wasn't this taken out last month??? I tried multiple times on Feb 10 to contact them, no answer, no return call, she called on Feb 11 said she wasn't in the office on the 10th, no problem, but she did not address my complaints about the work performed I left on the answering machine, and why the long wait to process this payment? Specific things were laid out to be performed, none of them were completed, but I still paid full price, I would not recommend these guys, they have good ratings, I don't know how, maybe because I was not a "CUSTOMER" as she told me when I first called her on Jan 18 and that was reason enough to not do the work that was paid for, seems shady to me, but $137 (2.9% charge for credit card payments, which she did say when I called) for what could be the smallest driveway in Canton, and they couldn't even do the job properly??? Take this for what it's worth, I paid a lot of money, and didn't even get a $30 performance, shame on you

Dear Mr. Cole, I am sorry to hear about your experience with my company during the 14 inch snow storm. I have some questions that I need answered to improve the process in the future. 1. If service was so poor why did you wait 24 days before calling to let us know there was a problem? We would have addressed this in a timely manner. 2. Driveway salting is additional to the snow plowing charge. Was it clear that you wanted salt when you placed the order with the office on the 18th? 3. If the city plow plowed in the drive after we left I’m sorry for their timing. If the street wasn’t plowed by our guys or gals after your on site request I’m sorry. That is not normal for us to navigate the city streets with vehicles parked on the road. Especially during these parking bans. Did you ask my guys to shovel the 14 inches from the street? 4. Invoices are created at the end of each month. Cards are ran afterwards automatically by the accounting software. I’m sorry your mail was delivered so late that the invoice (for your records) upset you. We can email it next time. Just let us know. 5. On the 11th when you called in and hung up on my office staff why didn’t you return my phone call? I left you a message on your cell and was willing to send a full refund. Credit card fees and state taxes are normal in Ohio. We will do a better job of explaining these to customers in the future. $8.13 was the sales tax amount that totaled to $133 plus the card fee.
