  Watched one of their plow trucks hit my parked car. Foreman/boss on site told me that they would pay for damages. They have since refused to return my messages and refuse to pay for hitting my car.

  Between the owner and two co-owner's roughly 80 years combined experience, knowledge is there. Yet irrelevant when the wisdom isn't passed, turning professional potential into amateur atrocity. Accountability of employees for quality work is also nonexistent. Employment turnover rate is very high. Pride is low. Large financial overhead of salaries, so the penny-pinching of the owner doesn't show in their equipment, or wages. Don't count on the 'you get what you pay for' adage here.
