  I have contacted them twice for an estimate for lawn care...still no response from them....

  We apologize for not getting back with you. I looked in the call log and could not find your name anywhere so we are not sure what happened. We were experiencing some phone issues and had to replace our phone system sometime mid season. I apologize for the inconvenience.
