  Bill has done quite a few projects at our house including a patio, fireplace facade, grading of our yard and installation of sod. We have some other projects lined up for this spring as well as maintenance work. He and his crew are an absolute delight to work with. They are courteous, friendly, neat, and meticulous. Bill’s goal is to make the customer happy. He takes pride in his work and with good reason. He is knowledgeable about the products he uses and the proper methods to install. We are beyond happy with our new backyard and can’t thank him enough for bringing such a beautiful design to life! And we are lucky enough to get to enjoy it daily!

  We’ve used Performance Lawn & Landscape for several years now for yard maintenance. Frank is incredibly responsive and was THE ONLY lawn service to call me back when I was first looking to set up service. His crew shows up when they are expected and they do great, quality work. I can always count on Frank to follow through with any requests I make, he responds quickly to all of my emails and he works with other top quality contractors (ie irrigation). When we built our home we had serious irrigation issues that we pointed out to the builder even before they cleared the land. The builder failed to correct the issue and, once the home was built, the irrigation issues persisted and the builder continued to refuse to correct the problem. Frank was able to recommend an irrigation specialist and, with his report and assistance, we were finally able to get our builder to accept responsibility and correct the issue. We’ve spent the last 2 years living abroad while maintaining our home in the US. We had to put our utmost faith in Frank and his crew to maintain our yard as we were only at our home for 2 weeks every year we were gone and we needed to rely on a trustworthy crew to maintain our lawn. Some less scrupulous providers would’ve done the minimal work needed or not even bothered to come out but would have been more than happy to continue to charge us since no one would be there to know any better. But Frank and his crew are very trustworthy and they continued to come out as scheduled (we had neighbours, friends and a property manager watching over our house) and continued to do a wonderful job. They also provided us with regular updates, even photos of our lawn, and recommendations based on the season and lawn needs. Now we’ve moved back home to a lawn that looks more fantastic then when we left. I can’t recommend Performance Lawn & Landscape enough!

  Jen and Bill provide an excellent landscape product. We had two walkways with unilock pavers done and we love it. They are installed with great care and precision. We will be hiring them again for more projects. Great people and great craftsmanship.
