  “perfection” was contracted by my neighbor for yard work. Workers “buzz cut” mature hydrangeas that we’re clearly on my side of the property survey markers. When I approached supervisor in his maintenance vehicle he opened the door to his vehicle, glanced at the severely trimmed plantings, acknowledged that they were trimmed in error, commented that “they’ll grow back,” closed the door to his vehicle and went back to spreading gravel. No offer to replace or make amends was provided. Upon contacting the property owners they immediately offered to replace the landscaping and said they “asked Perfection to leave.” Perfection demonstrated a lack of customer service and poor communication skills.

  Local company that has been in the business for a long time. Good work. He is very friendly and reliable. If it's yard related, he can get the work done. Mowing, Clean ups, Mulch, Dirt, Rock, Stone, and even Snow removal. One stop outside property maintenance, install, and remodeling group. Hard to find him not working. 99% of the time he answers the phone on the first call.
