  Our home was built in 2018 and Perfect Site had the contract for the landscaping and hydroseeding. I will say the landscape part was great no complaints on that. My problem has been my yard. The yard was hydroseeded in May 2018 and it came in okay. After my yard was put In I asked Ryan if they would treat the yard and he said they were too busy. (I wanted him to treat the yard in case it did not come in well and there would be no excuses)We had a lot of bare spots so I told Ryan about my concerns. They came back out in the fall and they overseeded In the spring of 2019 the yard came in great nice and green but with a whole bunch of bare spots. Once it gets hot, the green goes away and the grass gets brown and it looks a mess with all the bare spots. On the side of my house it is green where there is shade. I Contacted Ryan again he blamed it on the water/ irrigation system. I then contacted the irrigation people and they came back out and they said the placement was great. In the fall the grass comes in green In the spring of 2020 the grass came in again nice and green but with all the bare spots. When it got hot again the grass turned brown again except on the side of my house with the shade. I had some lawn companies out to see what I could do and they told me it was the type of seed that was but down that is causing my problem. I have had my yard treated by a professional company as well. I contacted Ryan and he said it was not his responsibility any more because I have had a company treat my lawn. Remember he would not treat it. He once again blamed the water and irrigation company. I told him about what was told to me about the seeds he put in and I also sent him pictures of my yard and other neighbors yards that were put in by another company and no one else's yard looks like ours. We water sometimes twice a day and the yard still looks bad. I asked Ryan if he would just come and look at it for me. He told me that he would send a guy out last August but he never showed up. I called Ryan and he told me that the guy was to busy he rode bye but did not have time to stop. Very disappointed with Perfect Site and our yard. All I asked was for them to come and make it right.

  If I could give them less stars I certainly would. They come in and bid low on contracts and then complain they are not paid enough to give good service. Trying to resolve issues is a headache and they take zero responsibility for issues they create and owner becomes argumentative and defensive when confronted on the issues. The only thing perfect is when they are out of sight.

  Had both Landscapeing and a new Split-Rail Fence complete and installed by Perfect Site! Ryan and his crew are very professional and answered all questions I had. They show up with the best equipment and make sure the job is done right the first time. Quality—Professional—Reliable!!!!
