  The former homeowner recommended Pemberton when I purchased my home in Owen Glen. I have been paying a monthly charge of $250 year round for complete lawncare including shrubs and weeding. After paying through the winter months when there was very little work to be done, they stopped almost all work in May. They did a basic mowing once and then nothing! The only thing that happened on time was getting a bill. It’s been extremely disappointing. I started with a new company last week and will be sure to continue to warn people about Pemberton.

  We have shown up every week, we are very sorry that you could not understand the difficulties faced during this labor shortage. We offered you mulch nearly a year ago and you never responded. Then you gave us a deadline in the middle of the growing season. We do everything in our capabilities to please our customers, we’re very sorry that we could not meet your expectations.

  I contacted the company back in November/December time frame to do a complete landscaping project for me. I received an estimate from them and decided to use them. I asked about getting on the calendar with a date and was told it was too early to schedule, but they would start in March/April time frame. I contacted them in January and was told I would be contacted when the project was scheduled. Feb arrived and I still was not scheduled, so I contacted them again and was given the same answer. March arrives and i contacted them again, this time they told me they would not have time for my project and suggested I find another contractor. Now I am told the reason I did not get put on the schedule is because they require a 50% deposit which was never paid. At NO TIME when I contacted them in Jan or Feb did they ask me for the deposit to get scheduled! I would not recommend using this company. Others may have a better experience but mine was far less than satisfying!

  Pemberton shows up like clockwork and is very dependable. That is important to me. The lawn and grounds look great when they leave each week. Any special requests are handled timely and professionally. I enjoy the relationship with Pemberton and I have no hesitancy to recommend them to others.
