  Jake is an ace. He takes care of four properties for me; They are always well groomed and he prunes my specimen and historic apple trees to perfection. My trees are happier and healthier, my lawns are thicker and greener. Jake is diligent, hard working, friendly, detailed oriented, a great landscaper, honest, easy to talk to, on time, on budget, dedicated, and an all around real good guy. Take a deep breath, relax, and let Jake take care while you enjoy your property. There will truly be no worries ...

  For the past 6 years I have relied on Peak Property Services for a range of projects and to serve as a general contractor for larger jobs requiring multiple skilled crafts persons. Jake and his team demonstrate a level of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsive communication that is reminiscent of the standards that seem to have long ago been abandoned. Of particular note is the fact that Jake will never assume a job for which he is not the best person. However he WILL find that best person. I recommend Peak without reservation!

  I don't usually write reviews but he really took care of us in the last storm. We are not locals, Jake warned us about the upcoming storm, took good care of the plowing and shoveling, let us know when it was done, and when we arrived in town later the next day -- things were perfect. I know there are a lot of companies around Mount Snow providing similar services. Peak Property Services run by Jake Roberts is really the best I've seen. Jake is such a professional. He shows up on time. He is competent. He knows his stuff, plowing, caretaking, lawn care, and landscaping. Funny story, we once had a raccoon situation that he was able to quickly diagnose and resolve in just a few days with no harm to anyone. He explained his plan, provided all the details and estimate and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend him and his company - if you need help, do not hesitate! 5 stars!
