  Granted that my home is very close to this garden center but it's by far my favorite garden center. I went in to buy an African Violet in January, not a busy time of the year for garden centers and was warmly welcomed and helped by the knowledgeable staff. If it's this great in January imagine the fun you can have here come spring through the fall. Walking around I even found fond reminders of my 30 years living in the sub-tropics of Florida...hoyas, orchids, citrus trees in bloom and more. Treat yourself with a visit.

  One of my favorite nurseries, bought my Happy Frog Soil for next spring because last year the soil wasn't available until late summer.

  Bought $90 worth of small plants. The succulents and lavender transplanted well. The lemon verbena birthed aphids a couple days after being brought home. The bugs were definitely already in the soil of that particular plant. Since they say all sales are final, I didn’t bother to go back. Had to shell out another $15 for an appropriate pesticide to treat the plant. Fingers crossed it makes it!
