I tried to purchase a part for a weed trimmer (head).
I was told that I had to bring my weed trimmer into the shop in order to get the right part. I live 50 miles away so I drove 100 miles to bring in the trimmer. When I got back home I find they gave me the wrong part so I went back to exchange the wrong part for the right part. I didn't keep the receipt so they wouldn't exchange parts nor return my money. I didn't keep the receipt because they supposedly looked up the correct part. The guy was very rude so I asked to speak to the manager. He said,"I am the manager."

Went in Feb. to order parts for mower.  Took a month and had to keep calling them to find out. One part did not arrive, but they do not refund your money if part does not come in and they do not tell you that up front. Buyer beware!  Terrible service!

I give them one star for actually getting the right part for my MS 460. Other than that they can close shop for all I care. Their technicians are not on the up and up and they waste my time and money

I dropped off my chainsaw over a month ago for repair.  I would start but would not run.  Picked it up yesterday and took it home.  Went out to start it this afternoon to ensure it worked properly since I will need it to do some work out of town at the end of the week.  I could not get it to start.  Took it back to the shop and they were not able to get it to start either.  Was told they would need it again for about four more weeks to check it.  I mentioned to them, and it was noted on the reciept that it would "Run Good".  I asked them how could it run if it would not start?  I was told it would run and those were the notes made on the receipt.  Since it would not start, that was "not related to the original problem" and they would need to keep it for about 4 weeks to take a look at it.  I was also told, "maybe you should pull the spark plug and check to ensure it is in good shape".  I replaced the spark plug last fall and have not used the chainsaw more than about 10 hours since the replacement.

I wonder how a piece of equipment could be said to "Run good" if it won't start?  Makes me question if I was charged for a part that did not need replacing.  I also wonder why the equipment is not even starting when I dropped it off, it would?  The other note on the receipt was that the fuel line was replaced.  Guess I will need to pull it apart to check and make sure it was.

This is a very surprising course of events because I have taken equipment to them before and always had great results.  Not sure if I will use them again.  The only reason they are getting two stars was due to the courtesy of the young man I spoke to.

One star because you can't give zero, which is the way they make repairs. Took in chainsaw $142 later, did exact same as when took it in, 3 attempts later, still does not work. 3rd attempt I asked them to show me it works. He started it and ran for maybe 10 seconds, died, handed it to me and said, "See it runs." That is why i took it in. It would not start again and back on bench it went. Good at promises, completely lacking any delivery. Take your repairs elsewhere.

I ordered a a mower belt for my Craftsman tractor from them over a month ago that was supposed to be in in 2 days and I get the same run around every time I go in there it's not here but we got a bunch of stuff in that hasn't been checked in yet check back with us on Monday well that's been three or four Mondays now and there's still no part and there's still the same boxes in the corner that haven't been checked in yet in the meantime my weeds are only getting taller

Don't bother. Whether you're the only customer or there's 1 or 2 others, it will take no less than a half an hour to purchase one item. Even if you purchase a trivial item out in the display area, it takes about 10 minutes of them working on their computer system. Don't bother ordering anything, you'll never hear from them again and they never answer their phone. Line is always busy because they're slowly helping another customer. Grumpy guy at the counter doesn't even make eye contact. Just order what you need online yourself if you can.

Continually providing terrible customer service. Does not correctly repair equipment and then will steal the money from you

We left 2 weed eaters at Paul's Parts to be worked on.  They collected a $50 fee for each one and said it would go towards the total amount due.  We called after a few weeks and were told that a part they needed was on backorder.  We continued to call every week or so and every time they acted like they had no idea about the weed eaters we left and that they were still waiting on a part.  We looked for the part online and found it available for purchase from more than one retailer.
Finally, we were told that the older one couldn't be worked on.  We told them we would like to pick it up.  Not once, but twice, we were told that the repair was done.  Both times we made the long drive to pick it up and when we got there, we had to wait for a long time to be helped just to be told that it wasn't ready and had never been worked on.  Also, they had thrown away the weed eater that we wanted to keep.  After the 3rd time of being told it was ready, we went to pick it up, and they still charged us for the one they had tried to throw away and charged us an additional amount for the one they supposedly fixed.  They did not apologize for having them for 3 months completely missing the summer season we needed them fixed for.  Then when we took the "fixed" one home, we discovered it was not fixed at all.
I would not give them another dime and hope to help others not to waste their money here.
