  I'm a commercial property manager. I had scheduled with him to meet at a property I manage to give me a quote to maintain our parking lot and lawn monthly. The day of, during our appointment time, after I texted him the day before with no response to confirm our appointment, and after I called him a few times, he texted me telling me that he had a "big emergency" and needs to reschedule. I told him I understood and just asked him to get over when he could to give me a quote. He said he would get over there and check it out, but I never heard from him again, and I will not be using him. Please do not call or text asking me to change my review.

  Have had nothing but wonderful results from Mr. Parrish and his crews. I started using him from word of month from a church member and have continued using him not only at my home but two businesses as well. Very professional I highly recommend him and his crew.
