They had everything we needed to do spring maintenance for our exmark in stock!

Not going back! The guy at the desk on the right, next to the glassed office couldn't even get up from his slouch behind his computer to acknowledge us. No help at all!!!!

Beware taking your ExMark Lawn mower there. I took mine there because it sounded weird. They discovered it had a bent push rod.  I had it replaced. That cost $200.  I took it back because it still did not sound right. I got it back, I thought everything sounded better they had adjusted the valves. Then BAM!!  the motor blew up. Another $950. to replace the  engine. Moral of the story----   check your OIL!  24 hp engines take more than 2 quarts of oil.

Although they did not have my part as HOMELITE send me to them , this people went beyond their way to help us to find our part. That's what a customer service should it be! tks
