  1. Horrible customer service. Multiple phone calls made to the secretary and man in charge that went unreturned. The receptionist was often rude on the phone. They said "call us with any questions and we will come out and take a look". Have been trying to get them here for over a week. 2. Had sod put in and they laid an entire patch right over the top of a bunch of weeds without prepping. This sod isn't doing well. Also pieced a ton of tiny (2x2 or smaller) patches together. 3. The sod wasn't in the best shape. Highly recommend going with someone else.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. We have called for weeks to get our sprinklers blown out for the winter. They told us they’d do it when they were in our neighborhood. 3 weeks later we call and the receptionist says “ I don’t know what they’re doing...?” Saying she didn’t know if our yard had been done. She eventually called back that day and said they were done for the year and “maybe we could call another company..” Ultimate turf was more than willing to help and they’re coming tomorrow to help us. Avoid dakotaland sod at all costs.

  I just bought a house that had a sprinkler system from Parkway. It was late in the season so I just needed to have them blown out. They did a great job and were great at getting back to me when I had questions. Thanks for the help!!
