  After having our chainsaw worked on by two other mechanics, it sat in our shed for years because it wasn’t working right. We brought it to Papas for a tuneup, and now it runs great! Turnaround was quick and they communicated well. I also purchased a lawnmower from Papas. Jody spent a significant amount of time listening to my situation and answering my questions to make sure I was getting the right mower for my needs. I felt completely heard and understood as a customer. I strongly recommend using them for both purchasing and servicing equipment. They are socially and environmentally responsible, reducing the waste stream and supporting non-profits, and are a great way to support our local economy.

  Took our dead generator in and all options were discussed with me. Ended up having to get a new carburetor, but it runs great now. Other small engine repair places I've been to have made me feel like I'm bothering them somehow, but not here! This is a good, family run business.

  I recently moved to Port Townsend; and, today, I had the great experience of becoming a customer of Papa's when I brought my lawn mower in for service. Jody and his service crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest dealers who are clearly devoted to customer service and doing an excellent job. I highly recommend Papa's!
