They don't have fork extensions making it take a lot longer to unload me!

Tried to charge me $550 to fix the carburetor on our riding mower. New one costs $50 and should be a quick job. Couldn’t find the paperwork for what work was done on it. Went to pick it up and they still had it in pieces. Very pleasant but would not recommend for any service work. I definitely won’t be back.

I went in to look at some chainsaw's knowing they carry Stihl. Had been doing some online research. Wanted to get a hands on experience and recommendations from someone more knowledgeable. Staff is friendly and helpful with the products I was interested in. Even with understanding that I may not purchase today. I was able to get the remaining information needed to make an educated decision on the best chainsaw, it was on sale, and was set up with some extras that would be needed for getting started and extending the Warranty. Plus they can service the chainsaw when needed. I will buy here again and recommend Washington  Tractor to people I know. Thanks again. M.B.
