They were very helpful. I couldn't articulate the part I was looking for, so they pulled up schematics and helped me try and find it. They even walked me to the back to see if anything looked familiar. Great customer service, and would recommend them.

These guys are great, they literally rebuild my Billy goat field trimmer, unfortunately Covid held up the delivery on key parts they Needed to complete my repair and it took All summer long,they are letting us make Payments until its payed for,I come in Every month with there payment,they just About know my name 🤣🤣thanks guys!!! Update I started up my Billy Goat on 1 tug!!! Great job guys!!! She works great cheers!!!🥂🥂🥂🥂

Wow, normally good service, NOT TODAY. I decided to call ahead today to see if they had parts I needed. A nice gentleman answered the phone professionally, asked what department I needed I stated parts, about 60 seconds later another person got on asking "who you holding for" I again stated "parts" he then placed me on hold again without saying anything. Another 45 seconds later a gal named Vicky answered. I then proceeded to ask her for the part/kit I need to complete a service on my mower because their service department is backed up 5 months, she rudely stated "we don't have kits". Already frustrated having to do the service myself I just hung up. It didn't seem she wanted to help me at all. No questions on what I was up to and or how she could further the phone call. Extremely disappointed as to this is the only John Deere dealership within 50 MI. Amazon here I come, at least I don't get any flack and we all know Amazon is less expensive. Wanted to keep my money local but....Two stars are because I normally receive good service here after everyone is done staring at me.
