Rental aerator worked great! There was an incident where a handle was broken, 100% my fault! Upon return of the aerator, there was no extra charge for the broken handle. Great customer service!

Rental  department  got a air compressor from them a 185cmf the unit only put out half its ability not much air for the price  told the office about it no price break or even a sorry about that will not the unit even again

Very happy with this company.  Last year, they took care of my sled and put a new engine in it.  This year, Matt saved me a ton of money with just a few clicks of the button.  Great service.

It would be much better if Pape would start selling Polaris ATVs. We r looking for an upgrade but the decision hasn't been made if they will carry Polaris to sell or not. Need to decide soon in the positive way, as this area wants the availability to buy!!!

DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM HERE!! Horrible customer service, shady staff that lies to you, & they will rip you off without hesitation. We paid over $650 to rent a tractor for 16 hours. They dropped it off Friday morning and were scheduled to pick it up on Monday. They told us from the start that they couldn’t pick it up Saturday, no reason as to why. We were clear with the guy who we made the reservation with that we may not need it for 16 hours, and he said he’d “work with us”. We only ended up needing it for about 6 1/2 hours. When we called them Saturday morning to see if we could be refunded for the other unused 8 hours ($370), the employee said he’d “leave a note for his boss to see what he could do”. Then guess what they told us a couple days later?!!! That “because we didn't have it picked up Saturday they wouldn't refund us”. Umm excuse me???We were told from the start that they couldn’t pick it up Saturday. They then proceed to tell us they couldn't pick it up Saturday because of their lack of staff (How is that our problem?), then they changed their story to “Because we didn't clean it” we couldn’t have our $370 back. NO ONE EVER TOLD US WE HAD TO CLEAN IT. Like I said earlier, a bunch of lying thieves who don’t know how to communicate with their customers, or with their co-workers. The management of this place should be ashamed of the kind of business they are running. If you feel like throwing away $400, then by all means this place is for you.

Great store! These guys always deliver. Ordered parts for our New Holland tractor. They came the following Tuesday. Only couple days to wait, no biggie. They were nice and respectful at the counter. Also found a couple things for my Stihl chainsaw too. Good day!

Nonexistent customer service; I’ve called three times emailed several times and not a single response from the rental department I’ve got crops dying on the vine…

Absolutely no prices on anything when asked price they have to go to a book takes about 10 minutes for them to look it up or a catalog makes you feel like they're just throwing a price out
