Today was the 4th time I have called about sm.engine repairs in the 6 yrs. I have lived here. Not one time were they able to help. Today's excuse was.." We can't get parts for THAT generator". I have 2 that need work. They won't touch either. Low and behold I Google my big generator. Every part is available.You could build your own just buying the parts!
