  I bought twoStihl chainsaws MS 311One seemed to be okayThe newest one not up to Styhls standards ,blowing plug out to where it has stripped threads of course, only the beginning I call service where the lady showed me how to find serial numbers so I read those to her with a witness on speaker phone shortly after she yes you're saw is covered till 12/23 great I take it in so I'm gone q0 minutes when called to be informed the Same lady proceeded to tell you there's no number after no one in whole genius shop couldn't 3it so so back to show her and sorriest and rudest so service manager calls me pretty much a liar3and that stripped it out when I've never taken wre h till it blew out I run a framing new construction homes and meet and know alot of since then my referral is diffently ot them Same you're time with +8 service manager that's I'm sure has ran anything but his cocky3mouth but will all work out after the phone call to stybl boss and not in there

  Always a great place to go. Had a Stihl chainsaw that was not working properly. Ashton was able to get it looked at and in the end I got a new saw.

  Bought a lawn leaf sweeper that they ordered for me. Learned they are a Honda Power Equipment dealer and a Stihl Power Equipment dealer as well as a John Deer dealer. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. The products they handle are all top quality and as a bonus they only collect a 6-1/2 % sales tax. I live in Arkansas but will do business work P&K. Would have given 5 stars but I find John Deer products to be over priced. Took a Stihl chainsaw in for repairs and was told shop labor rate is $115.00 per hour. If the repair work got to 2 hours or more you would be better off buying a new one. Chainsaws are not supposed to be disposable. I don't recommend buying small engine products from P&K as repair costs can be unaffordable. Buy these products from businesses with more reasonable shop rates.
