Done business here for years. Nice to do business with sales. I've purchased five different machines that I know of off the top of my head. Service department, that's a whole different story. Chain saw, got it running and didn't sharpen the chain as requested. Push mower, needed attention and requested a oil change and sharpen blade. No oil change, no blade sharpening. Snow thrower leaking gas. STILL LEAKING GAS WHEN I NEEDED IT THE MOST. DONE!!! All this done in 2021.

Everybody here are very friendly. They are very helpful in making the right purchase decision vision. They even have tried to talk me out of buying buying a lawn tractor because because they feel that it would be overkill for my yard. They would actually lose money to sell me a lesser machine . Most places would sell you a machine that you really didn't need.Just because you want it you want it and they make more money.

This place is awesome!

Friendly people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Asked all the right questions to determine our needs. Filled up the chainsaw we bought with an initial half-tank of gas and a bit of oil, showed us how to start it, and even tested the chain to make sure oil was successfully dripping off it before sending us on our way.

As we were leaving the parking lot, our salesman came running out of the store. We'd forgotten our receipt, which he jogged all the way out to the car to hand to us. He'd helpfully stapled to the chainsaw instructions to the receipt and even written down the length of the warranty.

The store also services and repairs chainsaws, etc. that aren't theirs or the main brand they keep in stock. As long as they can get the parts, they're happy to help.

A+. Will revisit, and would highly recommend.

Awesome and friendly people who know what you are talking about. Just make sure to bring in the model number of the small engine and/or counterparts (ex: model number of a mowing deck on a push mower for a throttle/brake cable) and they will see what they can do. I have also found it cheaper to find the part I need online, give them the part number so they can order it and call me when they have it rather than ordering it myself and paying extra (depending on the part). I always like going into Outdoor Power because most of the time they have what I need and about 95% of the time they can order it if they don't. Now for the people who are not so hands on, they have a service area at the far left of the building. All you do is bring your equipment there, they will look at it to see if it is a quick fix or if it is a little more complicated. The techs will do the best they can to get your equipment back to you in a timely manner while doing the best they can. All in all, it is a great place for small engine repairs and parts (2-stoke and 4-stroke) with good staff. I hope ya'll are doing well and have a blessed day!
