  I purchased my mower from outdoor concepts and for the price it is a decent Mower. The service is however less than desirable but in the past several year I have worked with it. The biggest issue is that I feel the service performed is mediocre. So today I take my mower in to be serviced for the season only to find out that they are three weeks out. That is fine but as I was telling the counter guy at the service desk that I can not wait for three weeks and I would have to take it back home. The counter guy was asking me if I wanted to keep it on the schedule and I replied that in the past you do not schedule service and I have been told it is first come first serve. At this point another employee interrupted our conversation to tell me that they do not take service appointment. My reply was (in a calm voice) I understand. I should maybe find a different company to service the mower I purchased from you. His reply (in a calm voice) was no need to get an attitude. I simply told him (still in a calm voice) its not an attitude just the facts and I'm not going to ague with you. He then replied (still in a calm voice) that that is good. I purchased my mower from them to keep it local and to help my local economy but if this is how I’m treated why wouldn’t I but from the big box store next time. Food for thought. You decide.

Due to us entering our busiest time of the year, our service department is currently having a two-week turnaround. Your business is deeply appreciated, and we hope we can continue to provide you with products and service that exceed your expectations. If you'd like to schedule service with us in the future, we recommend doing so during our slow season (December through February) while our Service Special is going on. During that time, we always offer %10 off parts and labor. Again, we're very sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any questions or further concerns.

  Outstanding business. I have bought five lawnmowers from them over the last decade and they have treated me like a family member. Excellent service and sales department that is always professional and friendly. The products they sell are competitively priced and the sales staff explains their operating instructions in good detail. Thanks Scott and Steve for a really good customer experience.   This is a great place to purchase a lawn mower. I was recently in the market for a zero turn mower. They have four different lines of quality mowers to choose from. I worked with Scott on the purchase, he spent time showing me a couple different models from each of the brands they carry. After experiencing the level of care and customer service the OC sales team showed it was fun to spend the money with them. I went with a Gravely. They offered free delivery of the new mower, as well as pickup of my old mower and offered a fair trade in price. As a business owner myself time is money and the OC team made the whole process of purchasing a new mower very smooth, timely, and enjoyable.
