  Jessica who works in the office gave great customer service. She explained in detail the services that were available and was very nice and cordial. Richard was the exterminator and he arrived on time and was a really nice guy. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I’m very pleased with my overall experience with Orkin.

  I'll give a 2 because everyone I talked to was pleasant but I never actually got to use their service because my technician never showed up. I gave them 2 hours, which made me 2.5 hours late for work for nothing. Told them to go ahead and cancel all services because this wasn't going to work. Won't be using them going forward.
