  Opies planted 5 pine trees for us- 1 tree did not make it and their warranty was not honored. We were hesitant to plant the trees in late spring but were assured by Opies that if they did not make it through the summer, then they were under a warranty and would be replaced. One of the trees ended up dying and Opies did NOT honor the warranty that they provided us. When asked for replacement, they said they did not have any in their inventory at the time. Though, when they do, they stated that they would charge an additional several hundred dollars to replace the tree since the tree was covered but not their labor to replace. We went ahead and bought our own tree from another landscaper and installed ourself. When we removed the pine tree that Opies installed, it had the burlap and wires still fully enclosed around the tree root. Would not recommend their service.
