Plenty of selections for all types of riders here at Open Road Honda. A couple years ago I was looking for a new dual sport. I did get one but not from this dealership. I am now looking for an upgrade and I think Open Road Honda has what I'm looking for.

Great place. Helpful and friendly service. Purchased motorcycles, an ATV, lawnmower, accessories, and had service work done to one of my cycles in the past. Always seemed to be straight forward and easy to talk to. Everyone has an off day but I have yet to experience it here. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Shawn can be lack of a better word, unprofessional. He talks in circles. He constantly insists that I buy new or I need to fix something. If I'm not spending money, I'm worthless to him. Pushing the customer into purchasing is a lousy way to get a fan base & business. I'll take my business somewhere else other than here - avoid Shawn at all costs. Update: Of course you're going to be biased and say "Shawn is an awesome manager", he's your employee. How he projects himself to his employer and to customers can be very different, which I hope you wouldn't be naive about. Simply put, I don't plan on coming back here. I will probably also suggest other people to take their business elsewhere. Sad part is, great employees that you have like Trent & Josh in service, get a bad rap when there's people like Shawn in management. Those 2 are the great ones. They should be the manager(s) of the service department. I am well aware that servicing a machine entails FIXING. I'm also aware if I want to spend my money buying new or fixing old, which might exceed the cost of a new machine. With myself "not showing up in your database" is a great way of removing the blame and fault on your end.

Rick - thank you for your message. We are a bit confused as to the reason for your low rating. Shawn is an awesome Service Manager. In the service department, we FIX things. If the total cost of the repair exceeds the value of the item (lawn mower, ATV. MC, etc), we do suggest the customer buy new instead of fixing the old. We prefer to provide customers with both options so they can make the best, informed decision. We also cannot find you in our customer database, so again, are confused as to the entire scenario.
