  We had a deck overlooking the east Bay that was compromised due to high water this year. We were afraid it would collapse this winter with the weight of snow and decided to have the deck removed. We called Jordan at Old Mission Landscaping for a cost evaluation of either removal or restoring and repair to the deck. Jordan gave us excellent information to make a decision either way. We never felt pushed to make a decision either way by Jordan, he left that to us. We chose to take it down about a week later. Jordan worked out the cost and time frame to do the work and we approved. The crew of three showed up on time at 8:00 AM and started work right away, by 3:00 PM the removal was complete. The crew were very professional in their work and were careful about the landscaping around the deck. When they finished they filled in holes with dirt and landscaped the area so that everything was complete and matched the existing landscaping, they did an outstanding job. My wife and I, were and still are, amazed at how straight forward and professional this company is. We both agree that any future work we may need will be done by Old Mission Landscaping. They are a company that really provides value for the price and they do what they say, when they say, for the price they say.

  Several years ago my neighbor and I went in on $2600 worth of landscaping and product. About two years ago, I noticed that the well-maintained trees were starting to die (turn brown). We have taken very good care of these trees with regular watering. I contacted the owner, Jordan, and explained the problem and he said he would look into it, Which he never did. I have called several more times and left messages (because he won't answer) and he will not follow up. I have given up on this company and its owner and will be cutting these trees down.

  I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with all the jobs Old Mission Associates did for us. They built a gorgeous boulder wall, installed a deck and split rail fence and also figured out and repaired a weird drainage problem we had! Professional and dependable.
