  Would not recommend the service department. They had my cub cadet zero turn for over two weeks. My pto was not working they told me it was the pto and they would have to order it. I waited and heard nothing I had to call them to see what was going on. Matter of fact I had to call seven times they would tell me to call them if I didn’t hear back from them. That’s terrible customer service. When I called back it wasn’t the pto and they would said they would have to call cub cadet to ask for advice their mechanic was stumped. Then I had to call back again and they said it was a relay switch. All yeah I forgot when I called about it one guy told me they stocked the pto so why was I told they had to order it? It was supposed to be under warranty but the relay switch was on back order. So I was told they could order a relay switch but it wasn’t made by cub cadet so it wouldn’t be covered under the warranty nor would the labor be under warranty I thought that was wrong. So I needed my mower and had to pay for something that wasn’t my that it was on back order. Will be looking for a different cub cadet dealer

  This place is awesome!! Next level!!! They focus on cleanliness, and safety! I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere else! They were very descriptive, and knowledgeable on all of their equipment. Great customer service!! Family oriented!!very nice!! and patient with my kids! They answered every question I had about their lawn mowers. I purchased a gravely Zero turn, and they delivered it to my house free of charge!!!!? I would recommend this business to family and anyone I run into!! A+
