I don't know why such negative reviews! Jill is great at licensing I too have been dealing with her for over a decade, and have only positive to say. She has always helped me in a pinch, even in the busiest times of the season.

I'm not sure why all the negative about this office, most of the staff are out in the field working today with the help of technology. Joe Becovitz and Andy Roth have been nothing but professional and courteous to me and my employees. When I have called the office I'm wanting an answer which I always get. Could you imagine most calling this office are complaining about god knows what. Possibly a farmer drifted pesticide over on a residents tomato patch and the woman is loading her Grandads Kentucky shotgun to solve the problem.

The Indiana State Chemists Office has been on a major decline for the past decade. They have become a grossly incompetent beauracracy, who has forgotten their purpose. There is a purpose for such an office, but it becomes irrelevant when they fail to make safety for people and the environment a priority. The knowledge to serve this purpose is lacking, the ambition to serve this purpose is absent, and the desire to improve is nowhere to be found. I urge our state legislature for a complete overhaul of this beauracracy so it can get back to its intended purpose. Including but not limited to replacing the staff which is the root of the problem. There do exist people who have a passion for this line of work. People who have a desire to work towards a common goal of safety and environmentally responsible practices, without the laziness that plagues the office as of now. People who have the qualifications to provide such a service and have the knowledge to make a positive impact, instead of complacency for the status quo and even a lack of regard for the decline that apparent today.
