  We share a 1 mile long access road with our lakeside neighbors and then a quarter mile drive and were suddenly dropped from the township snow removal service at the end of October. We were lucky to find Northern Property Services, as Jory immediately answered my email and came out to assess the situation. He has a can-do attitude and was reasonable and flexible about his charges. We had a couple of snow falls where we needed him right away and he was able to accommodate. He always returns phone calls, texts and emails. He did a good job of clearing the snow from what is a somewhat challenging drive. Always pleasant to deal with. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for property maintenance or snow removal.

  I'm thankful for Northern Wisconsin Property management. Jory has been great keeping an eye on our property, we can feel confident being away. We live off hwy 182.

  Jory is the best! I have about a mile long dirt road into a cabin. He always plows it exceptionally well and even creates spaces on side of road for turning or passing cars. VERY dependable and economically priced.
