Nutri-Green and Hook n Ladder are great companies.  We have used both for years and the owner and the service are first class.  We will keep using them for years to come.  The other companies don't hold a candle to Butch and his teams.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS -New customer, very hard to please, and cannot say enough about the service we received installing our exterior Christmas lights.  The personnel from the office staff, to the sales advisor/estimator, as well as the crew who preformed the installation were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.  The installation was completed,  tested and the site was cleaned up perfectly before their departure.   A pleasure to highly recommend this company.

We contacted Nutri-Green to help treat our army worm problem in August. Our bill was mighty high ($111) for what was about 5 minutes of treatment in our back yard so I contacted customer service about this issue. They said they based our price on the "treatable area" of 6000 squat feet. When the area they actually treated was closer to 500 sq feet. I tried to polity explain this to the customer service rep and there response was essentially. "We don't believe you, pay your bill." Needless to say we'll never be using them again.

Responding to your comment. I never said your treatment “wasn’t worth it”, but good try trying to cover yourself. What I said was your customer service rep said our quote was for 6000 sq feet of treatment, but the technician did not treat 6000 sq feet. That’s not called bad value, that’s scamming your clients. Kind of like it you asked for $111 and I sent a check for $20 you probably wouldn’t like it.

I am sorry that the treatment did not seem worth the price in hindsight, however, we hope that the improvement you will see in your yard and the armyworm infestation will prove its worth. We used Nutri-green for 7 months with very little results.  Hey no hard feelings some things just don't work out. Not super upset about it but when we went to cancel we were made to pay a $100.00 to cancel. The "manager" that called was super rude and when we were explaining the situation to her she cut us off and said look I'm not here to argue I'm just telling you we canceled your account and you are getting charged $100 for canceling and hung up. 7 months and a good chunk of money you'd like they would try to retain the service or make it right. That didn't happen and neither did taking care of our weeds/crab grass  Cloverfields etc. So if you took the time to read this I wouldn't waste my money with this company.

We are sorry that you feel mistreated by our team. As we mentioned in our initial phone call about cancellation, our services will sometimes take more than a season to see the results. The fee asked of you was merely the remaining balance due on your account, at the time of cancellation, we always reimburse or collect the balance due from prior payments or services completed. We maintain a culture that enforces high customer service, hanging up on a customer would be considered a terminal event. The recollection of events from our team depicts the situation differently, regardless, we will be looking into the situation further. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business.

Services are not working for me.  I have had services going on a year and I am worse off (see attached pictures).  I have brought the upgrades and most of the extras, but just have bare ground and weeds to show.  It's so frustrating because just about every major company is used in my neighborhood with better results.  My yard was better before I used the service.  Nutri-Green has the tools of customer outreach, but the processes and actual application of what's used to treat the yard is what I question - at least that my experience.  Being nice is cool, yet more important to me are the results.

Outstanding professional that take care of our yard. You should give them a call and set up your yard service for 2022. On my street in Owasso, I had a neighbor on each side of my home they used different yard service. Well let me be the first to say  our yard won hands down. So I saw the truth in SERVICE.. yes I can tell you that you will be very happy if you give Them a call and let them make your yards the best on your street.

Nutri-Green brought our lawn from the brink of total demise because our previous Lawn Treatment Service provider overtreated with non-compatible chemicals  Our fescue is again on it's way to flourishing as it did last Spring. Our soil Ph-level is again where it needs to be to maintain a healthy lawn.
