  Last week this company's employee/owner was seen operating their lawn mower in an unsafe manner. The equipment was being operated with the discharge chute tied back so debris could be fired from beneath the cutting deck and causing injury to the operator and pedestrians. Some studies have determined that debris such as stick and stones thrown from and unprotected discharge port can reach speeds exceeding those of many rifle and pistol bullets.
