  I brought a new mahindra tractor with 90 hours on it to them to diagnose, it did not engage the shuttle right ,I told them do not do any repairs ,then I get a call stating my tractor was ready and the bill was 526 dollars, the tractor still acts the same as it did ,and the oil and filters they supposedly changed were gone ,so there was no proof that they did anything to the tractor ,very dishonest

  I had a great experience. All the staff there were friendly and honest. My lawn mower decided to stop working and these guys were great about it. They we're able to fix it up and it's like I have a brand new mower! I recommend taking any of your lawn equipment there. They will get you up and running without issues.

  Great team to work with! Chris went above and beyond to get us the right tractor setup at a great price. He answered countless texts and calls. The entire team is extremely professional. The delivery driver stayed late just to bring us our tractor. Thanks again Norwich Outdoor Power Equipment!!!
