They are quick to take the money from my account but can't seem to get someone here to spray inside the house. For the latest visit I reached out to let them know the tech never showed up. That was 3 weeks ago & still no response. I've lost time from work waiting for a tech to show up and they never did. Then I would get an alert on my Ring that a tech is ringing my doorbell WHILE I'M AT WORK for an unscheduled visit. There is one tech who has been super nice though. Unfortunately, he's not the scheduler. I am so disappointed.

I have been dealing with this pest control for a while now and it is sad that I can't get a return call. This issue have been going on for months and I am always getting placed on hold and saying Brandi will return my call. I called last week and was told that the manager would contact me, but again nothing. I have document every time I have called and who was suppose to come out. The tech was even telling them he came out to my place,, but he never showed up. I am sick of the run around. Maybe now they will get in touch with me, because they happily toke the money but haven't finish the service. Really ready to get another company and see what can be done about the money spent
