  I used Northwest Exterminators for some rodent issues in our crawl space. What I was told by the sales team varied greatly from the service I received. Make sure you read the fine print and be prepared to advocate for what you want. I specifically and adamantly asked for no poison but only traps. I took off work for the install team and they only brought poison with them. I was told the team would come out once a week for the first couple of weeks to check on the traps but that did not happen. I was told they would put out 8-10 traps but only 2 basic traps were placed. I was also told they would be coming once a month but then found out they were coming once a quarter. The spraying and traps are very basic, save the money and do it yourself. The customer care team was kind and tried to get me to stay but in the end the service did not align with the price you pay.

  I’ve been using Northwest Exterminators for a number of years now and I wouldn’t use anyone else. When they come and spray and after they do their treatment for bugs, if I see any other bugs, you just call them and they return at no charge to spray some more. They go out of their way to make and keep their customers happy. I signed up for their Wildlife Service just this year, mainly for snakes, and I have felt so comfortable with this service. I usually see Copperheads which are very venomous in my area and since they have treated my yards for snakes I haven’t seen any. I would recommend Northwest to anyone!!

  I’ve used Northwest Exterminating for several years now. They insure my house against termites. I just spoke with Tessa about a transferable termite letter. She gave me the information I needed in a timely manner and explained the transferable process to me. She has restored my faith in customer service. Thanks Tessa.
