  I called to schedule an appointment and they said that they would call the night prior or right away the morning of the appointment. I left town around noon to go camping north of Ketchum where there was no cell phone service. When I returned back to Twin Falls I had a voicemail that was left after 2:00pm. I called him back the next day and he said that he was not able to get me in for another week. He was extremely rude on the phone and acted like it was my fault that I wasn't at home when he called. I am also a first time home owner and have never dealt with a automatic sprinkler system before. I was hoping that he would be able to come over to let me know what is wrong with the system and give me a quote. He informed me that he does not do quotes and charges $70 an hour, plus parts. He said, "I go to a job and just get to work." Maybe this is consistent with other service companies but when I told him that I will call around and see if someone can get out to my house quicker. He said, "I think that would be a good idea since you aren't one of my regular costumers." My advice to those that are not his, "regular customers" would be to look for another company.
