  A good place to go and get a lot of diverse tools and supplies. I had to wait in line a long time though just for one person checking out in front of me. They seem to need more people to check customers out and to also stay on top of purchasing. They were out if a lot of hand tools that shouldn't be that hard to get.

  Bought a STIHL chainsaw from this Odessa location. Had some issues a month or so after buying it, so I took it in to get looked at on 3/2/2022. Kept checking in every week, still the same answer " It is in line to be looked at". Gave them a couple weeks, still the same answer, talked to the manager....her excuse was " We're short handed". So instead of trying to remedy my solution, I paid 40$ for them to "look" at it....after paying the 250$ chainsaw with the warranty, which apparently doesn't mean anything at all. The manager there wasn't interested in giving me my $ back or trying to find a solution for me...it was just ah that's too bad. So I got ahold of corporate, filed a complaint which again...doesn't really do anything. Now 20 days in, still no answer, have to wait on hold for 30 min to just find out any status on it. But as an update...I did get ahold of the Regional Manager, Rachel Wright, very professional and respectful...sounded like she actually wanted to get my issue solved. Got my chainsaw to the front, and hopefully diagnosed soon. Huge thanks to her, but I think she should look harder into who she has "managing" the Odessa store. Thank you Rachel.

  The Staff At NT in Odessa are the best 👌.... Got there after 5pm.... They opened their parts department for me and found my Part' .... For all your tools 🔧 miscellaneous parts needs Go see Northern Tool 🔧...... 😀....
