The most helpful professionals I have encountered. When I first called about my issue, they were booked for three weeks.  Rather than blowing me off, they talk me through the problem I was experiencing and coached me through how to fix it.  The advice give worked perfectly.  Unfortunately, a second issue appeared.  This time when I called, they happened to have an appointment near me the next day and worked me into their schedule.  After a quick examination, they found my clock had gone bad. Though they didn't have a replacement with them, they told which options would be best and how to install.  Through all of this, I wasn't charged anything and my system is working again.  No debate, this is the best company around and they have gained a life long costumer.

While on vacation for two weeks in Michigan, my clock had been programmed incorrectly and my yard was burning up when I returned. The contractor that installed the system was a great general contract but not so great at lawn sprinklers. I called Mike late on a Friday afternoon after I had returned from Michigan. Mike called me back within 1/2 hour. He said he would do his best to make it out the next week. Well, Mike is at my house the following Monday morning at 9:00 AM, completely diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, changed out heads that were inappropriate for their use and reprogrammed the clock and was finished in 45 minutes. Mike and this company are absolutely awesome. No dinking around, address the need fix it and move on. And just great people too. I finally found my sprinkler guy. You will not go wrong with this company!

I called on two broken sprinklers, they came the next day and replaced them. I needed an adjustment in on later and they came out right away and adjusted it. They are prompt and their team members are very courteous. Highly recommend this company. Great work and customer service.

Mike and Scott give excellent service.  They have installed two systems in my properties.  They use the latest technology to conserve water and have customized my systems to water garden plots, flower beds and my lawn with different zones. Finding this company is like finding a diamond. Sent pictures of problem and he explained how to fix it and what to buy. Saved me tons of money. He also gave me free advice on my system that I’m installing myself which was very helpful. Fixed my issues and hooked some things up and did it all great. This is the kind of company you want to use if you are looking for someone that will get the job done, be fair and honest. Busy man but now that I’ve had him here a few times I trust him to do work while away from home (never been needed but one day might). He locks everything up and is really just great. I have nothing but good things to say.   Mike responded quickly to my email request for an estimate.   They installed a sprinkler system in the back yard of my new construction home.   Work was completed as promised, and they even came back a couple days later to break up dirt clods from the installation and rake it all out for me.  Scott and Mike and their crew took the time to demonstrate to me how to adjust the heads, as well as how to program the clock.      I would recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler services.

This company is the  BEST!!  My system wasn't working after days of high heat, and,  in spite of the fact that this is the busiest time of year, I called and Northern Colorado Lawn Sprinkler came out to help the very same day!!  They resolved the issue (my sprinkler box).  Within a week, I needed to call again.  This time the Willowbrook Water system had plugged my system with sludge, and, again, my lawn was getting no water.  Once again, they fit me in to an already packed schedule ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED FOR HELP!!  It was a smelly, disgusting job and more than half my sprinkler heads needed to be replaced, but this business got my system up and running again.  Thank you Mike, Scott, & Adrian.  You do quality work and arrived, not once, but twice to save the day!!

They seemed to rush to finish the work in a haphazard way. As a result, we found things like a 360 degree sprinkler head where a 180 should be and ends blown off pipes because pressure regulators were forgotten. After they received payment, they no longer responded to our phone calls.

We are sorry you are not satisfied. We do hustle on a job site!  Customers are paying an hourly rate and should get a honest days work-we do not "string out" a one day job into two or three. We reconstructed seven drip areas using hundreds of parts-we did return and install one more pressure reducer. Since the install we have stopped by your residence twice trying to address any additional concerns, you have not been home. We stand behind our work and will correct anything not to your liking. OUR HOME PHONE NUMBERS ARE 330-2709 AND 353-0594.

Hack and wack. No return phone calls. Poor placement of sprinkler heads. Cut through concrete ditch pipe and never brought to our attention. Same with A/C and light wires. Did not follow our directions, had some fixing to do.

Our records indicate that we installed your system two years ago.  At the time of your install we did cut two private electrical lines,   that were 1-3 inches below the grass and not properly located.    We pulled over 2500 feet of pipe on your acreage, we were not aware we stuck a 70 year old concrete pipe.  Your property presented many challenges: buried galvanized, aged PVC, prior foundations, buried farm equipment,  aged poly pipe,   tree stumps, buried concrete pads,  buried brick and  buried flagstones.   At the completion of your one year warranty when we winterized your system  your yard looked incredible. This is the first we have heard that you were not pleased and we have made several attempts to contact you. Please contact us at 970-302-1398 or 970-396-5836.
