  North Texas Lawns & Landscapes were hired by D.R. Horton to create are lawn for our new home when we bought it back in 2016. They did a terrible job in setting the yard up, they did not clean and rocks or scraps left by the construction so of course are lawn suffered. They did not add a layer of soil before putting new sod down. They used the cheapest materials available for the irrigation system which of course had to be replaced a year after moving in. I would not recommend this company at all.

  Unprofessional! Paid by phone and after 3 months I was notified my payment was never made. After pressing why, the person stated my full credit card information was emailed between employees who never processed the payment. This means anyone could have been privy to receiving this information and I have had to cancel my card. This seems to be against PCI compliance and I will be going to the BBB and anyone else I can think of.

  I just wanted to give Adam him props. He was amazing he had the best customer service and he was very quick and explained everything to me. Great job Adam! If you need anything check and he does not work your area ask for Adam!
